OWNER’S ESTIMATE:
The estimated cost for the Total Base Bid, as described on the Bid Form is $80,000. JDPJ reserves the
right to reject all bids that exceed the estimated cost by 15%.
POST BID DOCUMENTS:
The eligible low bidder will receive a Notice of Award. All post bid documents including the Non-
Collusions Affidavit, Attestation Affidavit, and Contract must be executed withing ten (10) days from the
date of the delivery of the Notice of Award. As per La. R.S. 38:2212, JDPPJ can reject any bid not in
compliance with these said provisions and requirements.
