The Jefferson Davis Parish Police Jury (JDPPJ), as Owner, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the U.S. DOT Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program. The CSAP will be data-driven and community-informed, covering the municipalities of Elton, Fenton, Jennings, Welsh, and Lake Arthur.
Funding & Match: Federal Share $400,000; Local Share $100,000; Total $500,000.

- Addenda/Responses (if any) Published: November 5, 2025
- Submission Deadline: November 21, 2025 – 4:00 PM CST
